I saw an inspirational quote to this effect and it has helped me a lot to process the strange mix of emotions I’ve been dealing with this year. It’s ok to be feeling how you are feeling; you have many things to be grateful for and joyful about, but that doesn’t mean those are the only feelings you can experience.

YESSS I have done the "time traveling therapy" to literally go back in time as my present self, to be there for my past self in a time of struggle. Not to erase it, but to be the one I needed at the time, and learn to do that for myself by practicing this method with someone who knows what they are doing. Lots of love to everyone

I think you would really benefit from pulling tarot cards for yourself every day. Just even one daily card and then reflecting on it, maybe journaling using the techniques you used when you pulled a card for Terry. I have recently started doing that, and it has probably benefited my life more than seeing my therapist did (although, therapy is also really important and we should all go to therapy if we can!!)
